Binding standards for mindful cooperation

Occupational safety and health protection are top priorities

Our corporate culture is based on respect, openness, and equal opportunities. Continuing education, training courses on sustainability and digitalization, and flexible working models promote individual development and a healthy work-life balance. A certified occupational health and safety management system ensures safety, minimizes risks, and promotes health awareness as evidenced by a very low accident rate.

Our employees: international and open-minded

Erbe is an internationally growing company with a diverse workforce. We are committed to a fair, safe, and inclusive working environment that enables personal development and long-term retention.

Empowering people, unlocking potential

Diversity, equal opportunities, and respect shape our corporate culture. Continuing education, training, and flexible working models promote individual strengths and a healthy work-life balance.

Open dialogue, clear communication

Formats such as fireside chats and the continuous improvement process (CIP) actively involve employees. Media such as the international magazine Erbe life and a global intranet provide regular updates on current topics.

Diversity and inclusion

We promote an inclusive working environment based on international standards such as the UN Guiding Principles and the ILO Core Labor Standards. All employees worldwide share common values and ethical principles. The Code of Conduct protects against discrimination and empowers disadvantaged groups.
