Compliance officers
For us, compliance is a lived responsibility towards our employees, partners, and society. Violations of principles or applicable law – for example, in relation to human rights, the environment, corruption, or equal treatment – are not trivial matters. They harm the company and the people we work with.
Our international whistleblower system is open to employees and business partners. Reports can be submitted confidentially and anonymously – including in cases of discrimination or harassment. All reports are reviewed in accordance with personal rights and data protection laws, whistleblowers are informed of the outcome, and relevant reports are forwarded anonymously to the responsible compliance office. This ensures that reports are taken seriously, measures are taken, and whistleblowers are protected.
