In Recruiting, I support candidates on their journey to Erbe – from the initial contact and throughout the application process to their first day at the company. For me, it's not just about finding the right talent for our open positions, but also about bringing people and our company culture together.

My daily work is varied and includes coordinating with different departments, conducting interviews, selecting suitable candidates, and advising managers. What matters most to me is ensuring that candidates feel well-informed, respected, and valued throughout the entire process.

I can actively influence how we are perceived as an employer and how people get to know Erbe. This includes creating a positive candidate experience, tailoring our communication to different target groups, and ensuring transparent and respectful recruitment processes.

At the same time, we continuously develop and improve our recruiting activities to attract the right people to our teams. It's rewarding to see how my work directly contributes to team development and Erbe's continued growth as an employer.

Recruiting is a team effort. I work closely with various departments and their managers to understand the requirements of open positions and identify suitable candidates together.

I also regularly exchange ideas with colleagues from HR and other areas of the company. This collaboration allows me to incorporate different perspectives, better understand individual needs, and make the application process as smooth and effective as possible for everyone involved.
